Yes you can, all movies are full-screen enabled!
Realplayer; Hit F9 or click View / Zoom and select Full Screen Theater.
Mediaplayer; Hit Alt + Enter or double click the movie screen.
Note: Keep a 6-8 feet viewing distance for best viewing experience.
